Speculative projects

Since I enjoy kayaking a lot and had small children at the time - I worked on a concept to build a kayak with additional safety pontoons which easily can be folded neatly onto the kayak body.

This proposal was presented to the Swedish kayak manufacturer 'VKV'.

Speculative projects

At Yellon I worked out speculative products to approach new customers.

Here a kids bike. It can be used early without paddles, so the feet stay on the floor and the child can learn to balance. Later the saddle can be adjusted to a higher position and the paddles can easily be added.

This proposal was presented to the bicycle manufacturer 'Crescent'.

Pressmaster ratchet crimp tool K67

Pressmaster themselves calls this ratchet the "world's most advanced crimp tool - the K67 Ergonomic line".
During my employment at Yellon I designed the tool handles, proportions and ergonomic features - such as a special soft area allowing the user to press the lower handle against a working surface to achieve higher pressing force.

OEM race car design

Since most projects of SB international are for theme parks those models are build exclusively only for those customers.

To be able to offer a model free from those restrictions SB invested into an own design.

Visualization

In 2007 my wife - a toy designer - started her own business and I helped visualizing some of her concepts.

A "learning to walk" cart for toddlers. The child should be stimulated to push the pram so the marbles in the transparent drum on the rear axle would start tumbling around.
